Shipping & Delivery Policy
We use Aramex courier services for all our online orders to ensure traceability of delivery status.
- SINGAPORE LOCAL DELIVERY
- For a minimum order of S$150, we provide FREE local delivery service. Delivery will be supported by ARAMEX Courier services. Goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days after courier collection. We usually have 2 courier pick up arrangement per week eg. Tuesday & Friday afternoon.
- For orders below S$150, we charge a delivery fee of S$5.
- Local delivery does not cover locations under restricted area determined by Aramex.
- Delivery timing is between 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday (Exclude Sun & PH)
- Aramex tracking # will be provided after courier pick up. Customer may visit Aramex website (www.aramex.com) to track the delivery status.
- Due to temperature and humidity issue, Probiotics product will be excluded from FREE local delivery service.
Park & Parcel Collection Point Services
For customers who have problem arranging someone at home for delivery collection, we also work with Park & Parcel (www.parknparcel.com.sg) to provide collection point service. Customer may choose the collection point nearer to his / her office or home. Customer will need to inform us earlier for such arrangement as we will also need to arrange parcel drop off at Park & Parcel HQ office. Customer will have to pick up parcel within 3 days once parcel reaches the collection point as per message instructions provided by service provider.
Chiller Truck Service
For products which are sensitive to temperature and humidity eg. Probiotics product, we do have delivery contractor with chiller truck. The delivery fee is $18 per trip and minimum 1 day notice is required by delivery contractor.
- MALAYSIA DELIVERY
- Delivery will be supported by Aramex Courier services. Goods will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days after courier collection depending on Malaysia custom clearance and final delivery location.
- Customer will be responsible for any Tax or Import Duty or Custom Related Charges / Fees.
- OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Overseas delivery services will be supported by Aramex Courier Services. Customer will need to send your enquiry to info@medica-solutions.sg To help us determine shipping fee for your order, please provide the following details in your email :
- Type of Product and Quantity
- Shipping Details (Full address with postal code to be provided)
- Email Address (Courier is using email to send notification as SMS will incur charges)
Please note that Medica Solutions Pte Ltd will not be responsible for import duty and GST. Customer might need to assist in customs declaration in certain countries.
- SELF PICK-UP
We have the option of self pick-up at our office during business hours. Customers will be contacted once their order is ready for collection. Customers can liaise with our customer service staff on timing of collection at following address :
